THE STORY

Since this state is not winner-take all, the victor isn't that important for delegate math, but it's still important to the narrative because of New Hampshire's early position. Bernie needs to win this state decisively to give his supporters relief after the Iowa debacle, maintain his status as front-runner, stop Buttigieg's rising star, and to meet high expectations based on NH's proximity to Vermont and his performance there in 2016. Buttigieg needs to be a close second to show he's not just a flash in the pan. All the other candidates need to be a close third or, better yet, beat Buttigieg.

What is Boot Boot Head's real name anyway?
