I woke up at 4:00 am with my mind racing about meaningless work poo poo. I wasn't always like this and I don't know where things went wrong. I tried to sleep until I finally got up at 5:00 when I realized it would be nice to drink coffee in peace before my kids wake up. My friend can go to sleep at 8:00 pm and sleep until 8:00 am the next day. I'm jealous as gently caress of people like that. I have to stay up past 11 pm or I'll be waking up consistently at 2:00 am. Too bad staying awake is boring as poo poo when you're old.
