I really shouldn’t play on my phone when I wake up in the middle of the night because it keeps me awake longer. But in order to stop thinking about the existential dread of being alone for the rest of my life and worrying about money now that my safety net is gone I just have to distract myself with it. So I’ll fall back asleep in an hour or two and feel like poo poo when I wake up
