One trick I saw for posters/graffitti, if you ever find yourself at a restaurant/grocery store/bowling alley that still has the $.25 machines in the foyer, pop a few quarters in one that pops out stickers. Stick those on buildings then give them a coat of gloss or matte varnish depending on your tastes.

Yeah I really dislike the wolverine sculpt, it looks more like he's performing a cabaret number than battling.

If they were going to do Marauders wouldn't make more sense to do the classic villains, at least first? Just so we can expand beyond the Brotherhood for Xmen affiliations.
