WHAT TIME IS THIS? Check-in at caucus sites begins at 1pm ET. Actual caucusing starts at 3pm ET. Partial results will supposedly start coming in around 4pm ET. HOW DOES IT WORK? The same as Iowa. After one round of voting, candidates with less than 15% are eliminated and their supporters leave or go to a second choice. State Delegate Equivalents (SDEs) are back. They determine how many actual delegates each candidate gets, and are not necessarily the same as the number of first or second round votes the candidate gets.
