I am in a role where I spend ~50% of my day answering other developers' questions. I loving love working from home - I can answer questions over text with much less interruption to the other work I need to do. It saves me literally hours a day. Plus I have way more motivation to keep my apartment clean, cook my own food, and just generally reduces my stress. I've been pushing for a decent WFH policy for years at this place now, I hope our clearly improved output during this time changes some minds.
