Seeds, from what I understand the result of a seed is determined the moment you actually get the seed, and it's the first 6 seeds from dungeon chests will always be the 6 for unique class changes you can use. However, if you get any drops from random monsters, they are actually randomized, which is why some people are seeing duplicates while others are seeing all unique ones. You also need to get the first six before you do any class changing, otherwise you loose the "no dupes" clause.
