Phaiston have long avoided the tightly competetive defence sector, but the IRDA Act 2052 has given us the freedom we need to bring out something really special.

I totally didn't notice the plush Dropsy in the background the first time I played this!

I'm pretty sure the Festering Orifice is a reference to Back Orifice, which was the first malware tool to really enter public awareness.

I never managed to figure out what the deal was with that accounting app. I mean, game-wise, obviously it's a way to get money if you blow everything on dragon backgrounds and can't afford something you need, but who wrote it and where are they getting the hypnocoin you're being paid with from? I thought at first the implication was that I was laundering cash somehow, but I'm completely unsure how that would even work in this setting.

Yeah, I don't think we need complicated theories about fake chatlogs to explain ThatBrassyKid and Zane harassing Tiff when "they are teenagers on the internet in the presence of a girl" already exists.

I really like the reveal with Adrian's chat logs in this. In most stories like this Adrian would be a smooth, manipulative, ruthless executive with a clever scheme. But actually, hypnospace doesn't get ruined by a Saturday morning villain, it gets ruined by an idiot who can't bother to type properly and thinks he's much cleverer than he is. Evil isn't glamorous.
