Normally I don't make aesthetic criticisms in other peoples' homes, but that rug looks like a beaver exploded. If meat is murder, then that rug is at least a severe beating.

Throughout history, surnames that were once respected have changed because times have changed. In the year 1000, names like poo poo, gently caress, Cock, Onion, etc were common. Even now we hear about names like Cockburn, Anal, Cummings, Hooker, etc...
The only difference with the year 3000 will be that people will intentionally be changing their names to Cock or gently caress while someone will be apologising for introducing themselves as Mr. "Brickenden" as it has somehow now become a slur.
