We will obviously never know for sure, but I completely believe that we would be in a different world if he had just called an election immediately.

Funny that. Almost like they're not concerned about other people getting coronavirus. It's like the people protesting hairdressers being closed - they're not wanting hairdressers open so they can work in them, they want them open so other people can work for them.

My satnav for my bike (MIO) does exactly this - you tell it how long you want to be out for and it’ll plot you a nice circular route, taking into account bike lanes and quiet roads.

Also golf and tennis are pretty socially distanced anyway. As long as (with golf) you don’t have someone who’s very close in between shots at least.

Wonder if that will crash the arse out of the property market?

Commercial property is fuuuuucked. Look at what happened post 9/11 for a hint, and then scale it massively. From the people I know who lease property for their businesses it's absolutely a buyers market when it comes to renegotiating terms. They're not even waiting for the lease to be up, just calling up and saying 'Give us new terms or we are just going to stop paying.'

Grrr.. my blood pressure is rocketing. Comments made by a 'friend' I have unfollowed on FB but I can see her comments on other peoples' posts.

(First time I've felt protective of Starmer LOL)

I suspect Corbyn has a house in Islington which is worth >1m by dint of him having owned it for years. That would be enough to make it “true”.

Greed is about wanting things/possessions and accumulating them. IE someone who buys a box of twelve donuts.

Envy is about denying someone from having something else. IE the person who buys the last box of donuts, so Carl can't have any.

I think the description for Envy here is really for Greed.

Envy is when you want what someone else has - you are envious of them.

Jealousy/greed is you have it - the dragon guards its gold jealously (but is envious of the gold you have)

It was allegedly awarded the title of the second worst nightclub in Europe by FHM, back when that was still a thing. (The worst one supposedly burnt down).

She was told she was being furloughed at the end of March but has yet to receive any money. She's contacted her employer and been told that they're having trouble getting the money from HMRC (and that they think they may not get it at all.)

Is she entitled to payment from them even though they don't have the money from HMRC?

If she’s not been furloughed then she’s still a full time employee. So they can pay her the furlough wage or her full wage, unless she’s on a hourly pay?
