-- Earl was day-drinking and blew off his wife to go hang out with his brother
-- He had either a three-way or full-on orgy with his own brother involved (???)
-- They put the whole thing on Snapchat for some reason and his wife easily found it
-- She found the house and confronted both Earl and the women with a gun (which she thought was empty but still had a loaded chamber, so this could've gotten way worse)
-- Earl wrestled the gun away and took off down the street while the cops showed up (TMZ specifically said that Nina did all the hitting and not Earl, which may or may not be Earl's way of avoiding league punishment since he knew this story was coming out)
-- Nina got booked for burglary and aggravated assault. Earl technically didn't break any laws (other than the holy sanctity of marriage fidelity) and got off
