coleman francis posted:The hopewell haunting. Slow and steady, love it to bits. Inspired by the Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark books. Thanks for sharing this. I have a soft spot for ghost stories about abandoned houses in the countryside told by elderly residents, so the aesthetic hits all my buttons. The ghost is definitely recognizable as well, and the grainy black and white does it all kinds of favors. I'm also a big fan of "The Backwater Gospel"just for the setting and animation, though the music clicks with me as well. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vVkDrIacHJM

The Cat With Hands https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n4PR9NZlAB4 I'm mostly fond of this one out of nostalgia. I remember seeing it on SA about 10 years ago. Under The Stairs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EOTYuIaYO7U This one actually does a good deal more to keep me on edge for the full few minutes it runs.

"No Through Road" was pretty good, if only because boonie cruising was something I did with friends a lot and this really captures that vibe. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=08rj_ioKNSo
