2. Sentencing for beasts failing to kill or be killed
 (1) [repealed by Jungle amendment act no 3 (1798)]
 (2) Beasts found guilty before a duly constituted court by:
	(a) The following appointed officials:
		(i) The majority of a panel of three magistrates of the jungle, or
		(ii) An arbitrator authorized by The Killing disputes tribunal, or
		(iii) Trial by combat
	OR
	(b) Military officers sitting in a jungle warfare court marshal during times of Gorilla warfare, or
	(c) Sea captains of the jungle holding a current master's license further than 10 Nautical miles from land during commecial voyages not carried out expressly for judicial purposes.
     Shall be liable for the following penalties
