Cold Turkey is hard, but if you go that route don't beat yourself up if you slip up here and there. It's not starting over, it's slowly getting better

my first thought was "vaping's gotta be better than regular cigs!" but then I was doing like, a juul pod a day. went back to "regular" cigs and then gum and quit; recently I caved and bought another pack but quit after 3 packs maybe a month ago.
