Oatmeal is the breakfast of champions imo. If you do the overnight method with some yogurt & protein powder, then some raisins/chocolate chips/nuts you can put it in the fridge the night before and stumble out of bed the next morning to the fridge and inhale instant breakfast. Like 4-500 cal and 30+g of protein. Also plenty of fiber for pooping
