Enjoying this so far. I remember someone in the Steam thread mentioned that there were some missable stuff. Something to do with side missions?

Full ironman mode scares me though. What are the consequences of death/failing a mission?

What does it mean when a mission name is in yellow? I'm pretty sure it's not that it's new/uncompleted.

For what is worth, they become grey after doing them again. I suspect that because some of the missions have minor characters (the black dressed thug who ends up getting killed in the docks by carp jacket), if you have seen the following missions you are familiar with how the previous ones went. Also, I love that such a minor character has a five-mission character arc.

Note that, by moving, you lose the +20 to hit still bonus, so if your distance penalty is less than 20%, you're better off just charging.
