Just ignoring the sheer amount of black candidates that get ignored every year, the NFL is the most nepotistic, cronyistic organization in America. Literally can't break in unless you know someone or are the son of someone and even the outside hires come from extensive college coaching trees. Complete opposite of a meritocracy.
