 I have indeed visited a blacksmith! He taught me how to mig weld! Lovely fella, he's an artist and specialises in wrought iron gates and sculptures made from wrought iron. Definitely in it for the love and not the money (like all artists).

I will definitely go back when I can because I want to actually learn some smithing.
