In multiplayer, you play the character you rolled and that’s it; you can’t possess the bots without using console commands. Or mods. You can use the Lua for Barotrauma mod together with the Multiplayer Crew Manager to get single player-like crew management in a multiplayer environment. Great fun for smaller teams.
