Not sure if it counts as a cameo per se, but Ryan Reynolds being in Hobbs and Shaw caught me completely by surprise and he stole both scenes he was in.

Very much Ryan Reynolds playing Ryan Reynolds, but it they were brilliant moments.

Yeah, me too. Apparently the original plan for the ending was The Director to be revealed as played by Keanu Reeves, but scheduling conflicts prevented it.
