is there a future where US, China, Russia, all drop the pretense of actual conflict and say "peace were declared" while the workers standard of living continues to decline anyway? or a shakeup in the status quo among billionaires who decide they dont want military billionaires, OR coming together of private arms manufacturers across states to dominate the global south without needing government? Basically, is there a more subtly insidius way to assert control and accumulate capital than the predictable and ever evolving proxy war?
