Royal Blood pisses me off because I can't figure out how there's just 2 guys in the band and no guitarist, just a dude rocking the absolute poo poo out of a bass. I saw them open for QOTSA, they were really good. My favorite was when he introduced the rest of the band. "We're super stoked to be here tonight. I'm Mike. Over there on drums is Ben. That's it." (goes into next song).

The Carpenter "Lost Themes" albums are really good, and very much in the same vein as that video. I can also recommend the Song Exploder (Ep 147) where Carpenter talks about the Halloween theme .
