peej posted:Depending on what you're looking for there a paved bike path that starts at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx and goes all the way to Brewster. It's now been extended to Poughkeepsie and onwards to Albany though there are some on-road portions between Poughkeepsie and the canalway. Last time I rode that trail (maybe last August or so), the Van Cortland Park section was closed so you had to fight your way up and around and pick it up in some neighborhood. It's a really pleasant trail regardless.
