it drove me nuts so I moved my ant+ receiver closer using a long cable and that works

I turned it off this spring for maximum adaptations  In all seriousness, disabling ERG took some getting used to but it has helped with putting out a more even wattage outdoors

this winter I've been doing 3.5 hrs on zwift at least once a week... it does get better
