Man, I would always get "random" bouts of insomnia and I just connected them to my periods. It sucks!!!

Do periods make people depressed/anxious? I know mines around the corner and man I have been extremely depressed and stressed out lately

Thanks for all the replies everyone! I think I will try to talk to a doctor, it feels like most months I'm fine and just get kinda snappy but every once in awhile (like this one) I just feel like hiding in bed doing nothing all day

Lol when I first got my period my mom threw a fit and tried to ban me from eating evil western food because she didn't get hers until she was 18. Guess she was relatively normal otherwise because she gave me a box of pads and showed me how to use them??
