I like Lovesick Girls because it's at least a little different and gets away from *the formula* not really a fan of most of the tracks on the album though, the Cardi B track is just an average Cardi verse put in a nothing song? Not sure why they didn't aim to do more with that one.

Makes sense, I don't think there are many other fanbases outside of kpop that come up with guides for how to correctly stream the videos to make sure the views count, and then encourage people to do it over and over non-stop. Also guides for how to correctly purchase the album to get it higher on the charts, and daily task lists. Red Velvet are super good and they just seem to keep getting better. Jeongyeon from Twice is out of second album promo activities, anxiety related reasons according to the official statement. It's good that they're actually allowed to rest and get help but this is the second time that it's happened to a member now. Also, Twice have a track on the upcoming K/DA EP which just strikes me as one of those things they didn't need to do and they should have just let everyone rest instead.

As the Irene situation has developed further I have no idea how it's going to shape out. They're talking about delaying the premiere of Irene's new film. And it sounds like it was only SM staff that apologised at first, Irene was only forced to apologise when SM found out there was a recording. There's a lot of people defending her but most of them still seem to work for SM so it's hard to see that as anything other than a PR exercise, especially when it would be difficult for other people to say anything bad without the risk of legal action being taken against them. A Chinese stylist that seems to have worked with a lot of celebrities also spoke out against her you'd think the AOA situation would have made people realise the impact verbal abuse can actually have on someone

It's probably a good job they were strict on the mask thing for MAMA and had people wait in cars, because chung ha tested positive for covid and sana from twice has had contact with her recently so now twice are being tested and I guess if anyone comes back positive then everyone that was there last night also needs to be tested/isolate? year end shows starting to seem like a bad idea
