I don't see any locations marked off in Connecticut where I live, and I can easily think of several towns off the top of my head. Illinois should probably be way fuller too, especially Little Egypt. I mean, during the Civil War the state militia had to divide their duties between blockading the rivers and making sure the south third didn't pull a reverse West Virginia and join the Confederacy. It hasn't exactly changed much since.
