the turkey that scrooge bought was 250 million sizes larger then tiny bob cratchit. to bob, the turkey was a solar system, a galaxy, and entire universe of poultry flesh. it could feed bob and his generations for centuries, kept refrigerated in the void of space. unfortunately it was not kept in the void of space but the cratchits' midsummer kitchen, which caused things to go rank relatively quickly.
