The current official/stable onion OS is for the mini not mini plus, you'll have to get the beta for 4.2 but that's the steps to take. It's drat easy.

I had two windows open for purple and green, purple sold out drat near the moment I made it to the end of the queue. As far as other times I've bought from them, this was the smoothest purchase frenzy.
