I have a distinct memory of watching the Simpsons in the 90s, and Bart calls up Moe's and asks for a Homer Sexual. Homer hears that and says to himself, "Ooh, that might be me." It's seems I clearly dreamed this up out of thin air, but it feels as real as any other memory. The mind is a funny thing.
