VideoGames posted:Lady VG just got her pip assessment back from the DWP (she was on highest due to her needing zomorph (morphine) twice a day to function) and not only are they ending it, but apparently she needs to pay them back because she was given too much. Appeal it right the gently caress now. You need to put in a mandatory reconsideration straight away. You have 4 weeks from receiving the notification to do this. Fair warning though the mandatory reconsideration will almost certainly fail but that's ok. Because after the Mandatory reconsideration fails you can then appeal it to the lower-tribunal which usually succeeds if it gets that far. For that though you want professional help either from your local council/Citizens Advice or depending on your wife's condition and circumstances a specialist charity.
