I'll never sacrifice my relationship with my mom over politics, but holy hell the trump years were insane. We're in Cali so neither her nor my vote are going to change this blue giant to any degree, but its just sad that her generosity and kindness to me doesn't really extend out in the political sphere. I’m not suggesting you cut your mom out of your life but supporting fascism and insurrection isn’t politics, it’s being an evil traitor.
