I found the PDF that originated from this thread on an old hard drive earlier today and about pissed myself laughing because I had completely forgotten about it. Sadly I think the inlined images are gone (the thread is 10 years old), but the Google docs link in the OP is still live if you want to see the final product in all its glory.
