I don’t think that they’d have granted cert if they didn’t have enough justices to grant him immunity, so it’s a foregone conclusion. Reminder that presidential immunity is just something they conjured up post Nixon. There’s nothing in the law, constitution, or the founders writings about it. Just make poo poo up, it’s fine.
