gay for gacha posted:How does your watch measure sleep? Mine will say I got bad sleep if my wife smashes into my hand while I sleep. Mines pretty bad at it too. My resting heart rate is pretty low and it seems to think reading a book or watching a movie is a few hours of sleep I definitely didn't get.
