That child totally had it coming. Nobody should be able to be out at dusk except cars.
I think given the disparity in forces in the ninties conflict were also weighted in favor of Azerbaijan, particularly in terms of airpower, yet Armenia as far as these thing go won, you have to give credit to drones being the deciding factor. Particularly in the ability to make inroads in mountainous terrain.

Also everyone seems to be forgetting the 100 million in US military aid over the last two years.

What's "those who are crying underneath the walls" a reference to?

Apparently Pashnyan said something similar, at least according to these european endowment for democracy freaks. He claims Azerbaijan won't say if they're happy with the current borders or want the borders from before the early 90s war.
I'd guess it's maximalist demands pushing for the southern corridor to their exclave they've been talking about.
FWIW, presuming their not actually talking about Yerevan, just the two provinces south of it, it's more like a quarter of the country and it's pretty sparsely populated, under 200,000 people or less than seven percent of the population lives there. Which is a reason the Azeris might see it as vulnerable.

quote:

The Prime Minister reported that Azerbaijan declares that it has no territorial claims against Armenia. But in the context of the demarcation and delimitation of the borders, Baku intends to “raise questions about some territories illegally transferred to Armenia.”

According to Pashinyan, sometimes they start from the border village of Nrnadzor, continue through the entire Syunik region located in southern Armenia, and end in Yerevan.

Does anyone have any good reading on Pashinyan? From just glancing around he seems like he'd like nothing more than to cozy up to America.
