My original worst second OP was Kaidoku Funou for Code Geass, an absolute mess compared to Jibun Wo~ Then came Crazy Rainbow as the worst follow-up to One Piece's short-lived BRAND NEW WORLD The Twelfth OP Opening is the one I absolutely hate above all else. And the first timeskip OP was the most dissapointing. Which was around the time I stopped watching the anime cause I had enough of Toei. The animation studio also seems to be getting increasingly comfortable with the CG style they've adopted recently and the production values are better off for it.
