I think the Sounders A squad is just goddamn tired, and it showed tonight. There's hardly been any rotation the past couple of weeks due to call-ups and injuries, but there's still some youngsters that are flat out not being used for some reason (case in point: bench had 3 empty spots). Not to take anything away from your guys Blunder. Rapids were far more dangerous, finished the hell out of the goals they scored, and could've turned this game into a laugher if not for a couple brain farts and Frei working his rear end off.

That's what I saw, whypick1. Seattle just looked *gassed* most of the evening and the Rapids played a hell of a game. Frei kept it pretty close and all credit to him. If Seattle had been rested this probably would have been a different final. The Rapids laugher against SKC and the loss against MN weren't that long ago...a full strength (and rested) Seattle squad probably would have found the gaps from those two games and blown right through them.
