And the fact that escort requires Headbash is why I only bother with the Talisman in Fracture Hills and don't bother with the orbs until I have it.

I feel like I was never quite sure who was supposed to be invading who in each level. But yeah the beta confirms, Zephyr is the slugs home being invaded by the birds and Breeze Harbour is the birds home being invaded by the slugs.

Yeah, I'm not too surprised that swimming in the air is not actually possible since two decades worth of game development between the original and remake has given programmers time to better program swimming as a mechanic and what designates a swimming zone vs a non-swimming one.

I was so proud of myself for noticing that Handel was voiced by the same VA who did Morgana from Persona 5, then I looked it up on IMDB and it turns out she also did Elora which I absolutely did not pick up on!

Yeah, in a way it's almost because there ISN'T something as off about them - the original, low-poly Handel and Greta looked like creepy dolls, the new ones look like they're just meant to be actual little kids.

They changed a lot of enemy designs throughout the remake, as you've noted. Making the bugs into robugs is whatever, but removing the AWFUL screeching from the giant beetle when it flipped over is too far!
