I had a kangaroo burger. The meat was really dense. It was good, but it felt like it sat in my gut for a week and I'm not one for heavy foods.
I don't have much to add, but I have a video I love and no where else to post it, so here is the making of a look from the Christian Dior Haute Couture collection for Spring of 2011.

This is utterly fascinating. I mean I know a lot of workmanship goes into haute coulture, but this is blowing my mind!
Do you think one of these dressmakers ever goes home after finishing a job like this saying "I never want to see another bolt of tulle again in my life!"?
