Hi, I rely on churning through recent college grads desperate for a foot in the door in the industry. All but the shittiest end up leaving in 2-4 years because we don't pay worth poo poo and are a decade behind technology wise, but that's okay, there's always more stressed kids with few options out there.

Listen, I know you all feel that the shift manager is incompetent, and yes, I know he creeps on the highschool girls working here and is regularly inappropriate, regularly offering up the chance for them to hang out at his studio apartment and drink beer over the weekends, but look, it's hard to find someone willing to manage a retail store for 8 bucks an hour, and I'll be hosed if I spend a dime more than I have to, or god forbid, just do the work myself.
