so far my experience with ai has been either stakeholders or fresh out of school junior hires being gung ho about putting some godawful neural networks they read about in either business week or towardsdatascience respectively that has like 400 features including one in there somewhere that instantly breaks in production when a new object suddenly appears in the pipeline that breaks the matrix calculations because it’s just creating dummy variables from like Facebook referrals, then scrapping the whole thing and making sure the person just only works on tableau from now on and replacing it with some basic logit that works better in every way
