I imagine they think Tua is better than Fitzpatrick right now, and you're in the easier middle section of your schedule which is pretty heavily bookended with likely playoff teams.

At what point does gunslinging become your legit skill because Russ throws some deep balls and hasn't been intercepted on deep balls yet.

In all honesty hearing that you get to keep getting paid and don't have to get hit by Aaron Donald sounds like a good gig.

But also good on Fitz for being a cool dude about it.

That quote is from a month ago, and while I believe Fitz is cool and all and its possible he knew when Tua would play, that's when Fitz was firmly the starter.

The Pats recent poor drafting on the offensive side of the ball has caught up with them. Two firsts for Michel and Harry is a joke. And on top of that their free agent moves - aside from Cam - have been busts as well. They also spent a 2nd on Sanu and got one good game from him before he murdered his own ankle so badly - on loving a punt return - that it has basically ended his career.

That is per carry, and a lot of Faulk's value came in the passing game. Also since 2000 so a lot of his production came from before this chart, that's like 6 or 7 years?

e: yeah cuts off all his time in Indy and his first year with the Rams where he went for 2400 from scrimmage. Zeke's still looking good on that chart either way.

And of course the general point seems to be handing the ball off is bad according to EPA.

He’s hurt by the 2000 cut off year. He had four seasons with 1,300 rushing yards and his two best yards per attempt years (Which were only 4.1 each) cut off, while his last five years he was basically failing apart and getting 3.0 YPA.
