It's a typo (and one which threw me off at first too), bottom right is "Good O Bad D" which definitely describes the Seahawks and Titans. Bottom Left is where the teams bad at both are. That Jets O is...something.

I would expect the Seahawks D to be lower and O to be a little higher. The Steelers D seems too low as well.

Steelers seem like the most well rounded, complete team in the league. Titans and Seahawks could give up 35 points to any NFCE team. But all this is silly because it's the middle of October and these teams will look much different come December.
