I ordered luscious new gemstones from India and made new earrings for my SA mart thread

I want this head for my Av (cut out) but I don't know how to make it the right size. I was always going to have to ask someone to do it if that's too hard I completely understand and I will ask someone to do it and then pay for it later no problem.
