I found this strangely endearing and heartfelt. Some genuine people are dropped into the madness and pull it off gracefully. The scene with Judith is as insane as it is human. I love Fax Machine Guy. I love bits. Guiliani was definitely tucking in his shirt and then adjusting a Hollywood Loaf.
