Somebody like Giuliani should be able to recognize this and not fall for it, but he did. If I remember Hamilton right, the Badger scheme involves some sort of blackmail after the fact. I feel like it’s kind of slept on because the viewer is still reeling from the horror of what led up to it, but “Rudy, Trump will be disappoint! You are leaving hotel without golden shower!” is an amazing line.
