It’s a shame that Russell threw 3 picks in prime time.

Narrative might shift back to Rodgers?

Russ still has a lot of TDs though? :shobon:

There were so many bad decisions that ended up working out perfectly.

I feel like that might just be a feature of the NFC West, not a bug.

Outside of those 3 picks, russ looked as dominant as ever. Lets not forget last week aaron rodgers looked completely useless. A down game for russ still includes 388 yds, 3 tds, and 84 rush yds.

The MVP conversation doesn’t start to coalesce until the last 3rd of the season. Nobody will give a poo poo about this game by the time we get there. It’ll be about who closes out the season well.

I sincerely hope the first coach whose team breaks a 0-0 tie with a Hail Mary TD at the end of regulation, has a play call for the PAT that is a direct snap to the fastest non-essential player who then runs through the opposite end zone yelling "scorigami scorigami." Ideally this would occur on SNF so we could hear Cris and Al's bewilderment.

On another note, how does Adam Gase still have a job? I thought he was supposed to be let go if the Jets lost to Denver's third string QB. One shutout and one "4 yards in the second half" performance later and he's still there? Did the owner just keep him until the Chiefs game out of a sick sense of curiosity?

Somebody reported they're straight tanking for Trevor and want to use him as a selling point in their coaching search. Gase is fired at the end of regular season.

They'll somehow stumble into a couple late season wins and then Trevor will end up in Dallas or the other New York team.

With the sideline altercation, these were absolutely forbidden during the Ron Rivera years. Players were supposed to comport themselves at all times like perfect soldiers just doing their duty or whatever because Ron Rivera was making money off white people who thought he served in the military had so much respect for the army because of his dad.

It's one of the reason no one ever stuck up for Cam getting murdered. Stiff upper lip and all.
