The chaos sortition society

All positions and jobs in government and in the private sector are assigned by lottery and have 4 month term limits.

Comrades can not be appointed to the same type of job or position again for 5 years.

Comrades are assigned their first position at age 30 or maybe 40 because they have to train to be ready for all the jobs. Yes, even the teachers, pilots, engineers and doctors are randomly assigned every 4 months. Positions in departments would ideally overlap.
