One time when I was at Basic Training in a classroom I just happened to be sitting right next to the light switch on the wall. The instructor asked me to turn off the lights, so he could begin the short film he was getting ready to show. The film was about TQM, or Total Quality Management- and stated that the film was going to be talking about long-winded titles for job descriptions.
